For an hour of FUN & LAUGHTER as well as doing something that is good for you

Join our Gentle Exercise Class where you will be taken through activities
using balls, bands & bean bags designed to exercise the whole body

by Tina Bednal who is an accredited instructor.

All ages & fitness levels catered for,
but you must wear comfortable clothing & sneaker style shoes.

An Active over 50’s Program, recommended by The Heart Foundation

 Friday: 9:30 am to 10:30 am

Tuesday: 8:00 to 9:00 am 

 Cost to Members: $7.00
