Take control of your body and age gracefully with our Tai Chi, modified by our teachers, for people 50 and over.

Beginners: Tuesdays  1pm—2.30

Beginners: Fridays 12.30—1.30

Advanced:  Fridays 1.30—2.30 

Cost $2.50 includes tea or coffee and biscuits
